Anyone noticed this is a remixed version of the song, basically rearranged in order? The "and when the cloud bursts" part is way too early, even before the "when the dam breaks open" part. On the album version, the dam part comes first and then the cloud part.

Holy smokes! I have not seen this video since they played it during Brain Damage 17 June 1975 in the show I saw at Nassau Coliseum in NY. This and the clip of the clocks from opening of Time, which they also played on a huge round screen floating above the band, have been burned into my brain for 46 years. I have wanted so badly to see these clips again. I also recall a plane flying above the audience on a wire and crashing somewhere in a big cloud of smoke, but not certain which song that was during. Mind you, I was 14 and may have smoked something, so am still not sure whether that plane crash actually happened or not! Seeing this video reassures me I did not dream the whole thing. Finding the bootleg of the Nassau show from Japan a few years ago was a holy grail for me, same as finding a Japanese boot of the Zeppelin show I saw on Valentine's Day that same year. Thanks so much for posting this. These memories mean a lot as I head into my "golden years"!

@@tundratunes no, thank you! Always love these stories of PF concerts as I am about 50 years too young to have ever seen them live in the 70s. Have a good one Bruce.

@@assortedlunatics4381 You cannot be 60 yrs too young, as I just turned 60 this year, and I was 14 when this show occurred. Whatever you do, do NOT miss seeing Nick Mason's Saucerful of Secrets live. I have caught them 4 times in Europe before corona and they are touring the US now. They play all pre-DSOTM material, from Piper through to Meddle. It is astonishing! I don't care how many states you have to cross to get there, just get a ticket and GO. You will not be disappointed!

@@tundratunes my bad, bad math. About 50 years too young. Was born in 2003 but have been lucky enough to see Roger’s The Wall live in 2011. My Dad was born in 1957 and he has seen them live in 1974, 1981 and 1987 and I am extremely jealous. I have been looking at Nick’s band but am not sure if I wanna see them or Roger Waters again during his upcoming tour in 2022. But that setlist Nick plays sounds incredible. So many songs none of the other members play anymore.

I took my girl and our half year old son to the Ancient Indian Serpent Mounds in 2000something to see the total solar eclipse. He fell asleep pretty much the entire time but we played brain damage and watched as the sun was eclipsed by the moon.

this song never fails to break me down "there's someone in my head, but its not me" I'm already in tears but when that line hits I just break down, along with "and when the band your in starts playing different tunes" uhg, it just hits me, beats me up, and shoots me into space..
