Ingredients
1 kilogram Chicken (cut into serving pieces)
¼ teaspoon salt for the chicken
4 cloves Garlic (peeled and minced)
1 Onion (peeled and minced)
1 Carrot (wedged)
1 Potato (cubes)
1 medium Red pepper (cubes)
2 can @ 227g Pineapple chunks
1⁄2 cup Fresh milk or evap
2 tablespoons Fish sauce, patis
Salt and Pepper to taste
4 tablespoons Cooking oil (add more as needed)
1 teaspoon whole Peppercorn (optional)
