I have the Ping G430 6 Hybrid and I wouldn't be without it in my bag.

Love to hear it!! We've heard similar feedback from other golfers on the G430 hybrids

Just bought a G425 5 hybrid played with it twice hitting it great. With my swing speed hitting it about 150. Really saved some pars and shots with it.

Unbelievable; I'll get one tomorrow to give my friends a surprise on the weekend.

Its basically a guarantee ill be adding at least one of these if not two into the bag at this point. I have added the G430 MAX Driver and 3 wood to the bag with the kai'li white stiff shaft (60/70g) and just based on how well ive been hitting those im already convinced that two of these hybrids (17°, 19°, and/or 22°) will make it into the bag now to cover my 210-245 yard range. These ping G430 clubs are honestly revolutionary and im confident they will only build on the success and forgiveness they offer for low/mid and high handicaps. (Im a 5.5 handicap)

Well done for reviewing a 5h, never seen that before 👍🏻 I’d love to see a 6h v 6i video. Would be interesting to see the spin numbers on both and the front to back dispersion.

great review!!! Kevin our swing speeds are a match , I currently carry a 5 hybrid and lofted up +1 to achieve a 205 carry . My only problem is I get the occasional perfect strike and it goes 215. The front to back dispersion on this one definitely caught my eye.

Love the look and adjustability of the club, favorite part is that is goes down to a 2 hybrid which could make it a replacement for a 3 wood

Interesting. I have not been a fan of ping clubs in the past having had much earlier versions incl. driver hybrid and irons. Am looking at my gapping and have been considering testing the paradigm and possibly the new king tec. Will add this to the list. So glad no turbulators as found them most annoying. Also found ping clubs too loud and tinny. So glad this seems to have been addressed. Consistency of distance is really good to see and so important and as you also said landing angle for stopping onto greens. Will try to find a hybrid to complement my current 3 super hybrid and take it from there. No mention about the different shafts on offer but I tend to like cb shafts as in my current driver (tsi1) which has made a real difference

Great video, cheers! I currently have the Ping G425 4, 6 and 7 hybrids, and LOVE them! Ironically I'm after a 5 hybrid too, so sorely tempted to try this new model! Any chance plse that you can do a proper match-up between the 2 models, ie. G425 v G430, and preferably 5H lol? Thanks again!! Andrew

First time I’m every considering getting hybrids to replace my 5 and 6 irons. Thinking why struggle as I sometimes do with longer irons.

Best practice for hitting it? Can you hit it high? Slight draw?

I have the 4 and 5 in the G425. Highly doubt I ever go back to a 5 iron. I can hit a 5 iron (low 130 bs with 5i) but it's so easy to hit these hybrids high and straight and with the flat setting its not a hook machine.

I was wondering when he said 195 carry as mine is around there and my speed is closer to 128-130.

My 5 hybrid does 170-180. This seems too long. But is this because he swings faster/better? I have a Cleveland xl halo 5 hybrid

It’s cuz he used to be a pro and does this for a living. Take just about any club he hits and he will be 1-2 clubs longer

Need a review with a more moderate swing speed.

How about a "What's in the bag" for Kevin?

Please don't take me wrong but I am just sharing my honest feeling...lately I have observed the feeling of "promoting" different clubs for different companies... I am a subsciber and love your channel for the purity and honesty. But this change of strategy is putting me off...probably will do the same to many others

Altitude on the Trackman launch monitors at each of our stores is set to match the local altitude. So, in this case, it’s set at around 800 feet above level
