I’m so happy y’all like my videos. Last year I was diagnosed with OCD and Bipolar Disorder and it’s been really hard looking for validation in all of the wrong places. I don’t really know people personally dealing with this(who are aware) and some days are harder than others. Especially with everything that went down in 2020. Anyway so yes the secret is out, I don’t stop squeezing bc I literally can’t stop😂 Making videos was one of the best decisions Ive made. I absolutely love this community so supportive and positive. Sponges have been legit therapy for me when I didn’t have any and I’m so glad I can bring some relaxation or comfort to you. Thank again ❤️

This would be great for me as I'm addicted to smelling pinesol.. I literally smell it hundreds of times a day.. Hopefully im not poisioning myself.. But its literally so addicting its insane.

okay firstly this video was sooo good! i loved the beginning squeezes on the first sponge it was rlly satisfying :D and two, i’m actually pretty sure i have ocd as well. idk if our symptoms are the same but ik it’s really hard to resist an impulse, especially when it keeps popping up again and i think sponges are a really good way of clearing your mind because of how relaxing it is :) anyways that’s all, have a good day!!
