The most horrible and worst vacation in Turkey for the hundredth time. I wish everyone who is not Russian/small letters are on purpose/to say that they do not randomly choose a hotel that is exclusively for Russians/newcomers and drunks 24/7. The GM of the hotel is a simple Turk and every cook is a genius for him .If you are not Russian, you are not protected, ordinary people curse you because you speak English or German. Since 20 years, 4 times a year we have been through hell... we are simply not Russian, they are their target group. In the hotel, 4 people speak English, German, not to mention.,The worst GM of the hotel who made him feel terrible is a little man who yells in Turkish, even though they say they speak 7 languages, they speak Turkish and Russian! If you are from the EU, don't go because it's terrible.,You are simply irrelevant and they treat you as if you are a lower-ranking being.. After the hell and terror we experienced as VIP guests of the DERTUR agency, DO NOT GO because you will experience hell and no rest!!!! The food is Russian, the hotel only speaks Russian and everything on the website is a lie! !!There are wonderful yotels in Belek, they are not oriented only to Russians..All this hell comes from the GM of a tiny complexed soul., for Turkey unbelievable!All in all if you are not silly DO NOT go from EU or USA!!!The worst holiday in Turkey. .
