You can go either way with this.
I’m a 15 year old and never tried wrestling and trying out for wrestling as a freshmen and have been watching a lot of your videos on different techniques, what is your best advice you have for me for wrestling?
I like the setup to get the headlock. I wonder how he would alter this so that he doesnt get his back taken. (for not wrestling)
