#pinakbet
Pinakbet (which means shrunk) originated in the northern parts of the Philippines. Pinakbet is a Filipino vegetable dish made with a variety of mixed vegetables flavoured with shrimp paste. I hope you will like it.
Ingredients:
200 grams pork belly
3 cloves garlic
1 medium onion
2 medium tomatoes
2 tablespoon shrimp paste (alamang)
200 grams squash
10 pieces string beans
5 pieces okra
2 pieces eggplant
1 medium ampalaya (bitter melon)
1 cup water
Salt and pepper to taste
