These muffins are such a delicious treat! So delicious & very easy to make. These Pina Colada muffins are divine!
Make them, you’re gonna love them!
Recipe:
1-1/4 cups granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup sour cream
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
2-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 can crushed pineapple
1 package sweetened shredded coconut (200g)
Icing:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
Sweetened shredded coconut for topping
