They land their feet differently. The koreans land on heels while the others (blacks, whites, etc.) land on toes.

The best one I saw was the Asian one on a soccer field. Obviously watching one in a loop prompted the YT algo to show this but it actually made me realize why one looks better (to me). The Asian one kept his foot aligned to the floor and made the movement that he was stomping and suddenly stopped as if he hit a pocket of air and glided across. These guys are good don't get me wrong but they point the toe and go diagonally. It just didn't look as good as the other way. I also realized how freakin' tiring it must be to stomp and stop your foot at the right spot to them move it across, like I didn't try it but now that it makes sense I need to just to feel how out of shape and hard this must be lmao.
