This is one of the softest pandesal that you will make! Trust me, it's still soft even after few days! Just make sure that you place in an airtight container to prolong its freshness.

Ingredients
For the dough:
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup bread flour
1/4 cup white sugar (you can put 1/3 cup if you want a sweeter bread)
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup evaporated milk
3 tbsp vegetable shortening, room temperature (DO NOT MELT!) - you can also use butter
1/2 cup malunggay leaves (moringa)
Yeast mixture:
1 1/2 tsp yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1 tbsp white sugar
bread crumbs for rolling
1. Chop the malunggay leaves.
2. Bloom the yeast - combine warm water, yeast, and sugar.
3. In a bowl, combine all purpuse flour, bread flour, sugar, salt, evaporated milk, chopped malunggay, bloomed yeast, and shortening. Mix until it forms a dough. Knead the dough for 15 minutes or until smooth.
4. Rub the dough with cooking oil. Put in a bowl, cover with a cloth and rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
5. Cut the dough into 16 pcs. Roll into circle. Roll into bread crumbs. Cover again for 30 minutes.
6. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes.
