Pilgrimage to Knock Shrine, Co.Mayo,Ireland - Taken from the BBC's Titchmarsh's Travels
Taken from the third of six programmes in which Alan Titchmarsh follows in pilgrims' footsteps around Britain and Ireland.
Beads and Beds - a Stony Path. It is estimated that a quarter of Ireland's population goes on pilgrimage each year. Some visit the Marian Shrine at Knock, others climb the holy mountain of Croagh Patrick. This footage focuses on the Knock Shrine portion of this episode. The Crough Patrick and Lough Derg portions are covered in separate videos.
First broadcast on the 21st July 1991.
The footage was taken from a VHS recording taken of the programme broadcast at that time.

thank you for the information, I think it is important to say who else was in the apparition.
There should be a novena at knock every night for the mayo football team to switch over to surfing
Why is this in my recommended videos? The algorithm is being extra weird today.
