I've had a few requests for a Pilates ring workout - which is awesome because I LOVE the Pilates Ring. It's an amazing tool for increasing intensity and resistance. The beauty is that you can focus on different muscles by applying pressure outwards/pulling on the ring, or inwards by pushing the ring.
If you don't have a ring, you can do the entire workout without a ring, or you can use a cushion to add resistance.

I love this workout; it is challenging without being undoable. I especially like the quiet music and your calming presence, plus your attention to placement details.

Hi Ange! Thanks for another challenging workout. As always you know how to make a girl sweat.. :) I felt it mostly in my arms, specifically where the forearm meets the arm. Is that normal?

Naama Wolff the ring creates resistance which will certainly make you feel it in your arms. I do not feel it where you are suggesting I think you might be gripping the ring too much which could happen if you have not used it before. Hope this helps xx
