Pilates Reformer Workout | 55 min | Intermediate
This 55 min Full Body Pilates reformer workout will give you a full class experience and full body burn! Stott Pilates inspired exercises with varied challenges and modifications along with emphasized core activation to help you get the most out of the workout.
Props needed:
-Head support for side lying (ex: block, ball, rolled up sweatshirt)
-Platform Extender (optional) *Existing reformer platform can be uses as well

Loved this session, thank you. My reformer has 1 yellow band (half), 2 black bands (full) and 1 red band (1.5) so I found it difficult to work it out but I think I got there x

What a fabulous workout ( even though I wanted to quit!) You are such a good instructor. I really appreciate how you remind us about breathing and checking in with core.
Love your work-outs. I only started on a reformer (I’m a yogi) this week, and I’m hooked. I could do with a little more instruction on when feet should be pointed or flexed eg. leg extensions with balls of feet on the foot bar.

As for the box, I do try my best to give modifications during those workouts and/or in the description so that if you don't have one available you can still get the most out of those workouts if you still want to give those a try. Again really appreciate the support and feedback!
