You won’t need any equipment for this Pilates class where you’ll take the time to focus on a posture, hips, and shoulders routine. This is a gentle routine focusing on mobility and stretching exercises.

I loved this class. I’m in my first trimester of pregnancy and seem to get sore and tight so much faster from my “normal” workouts. This mobility class helped me reconnect with my body and help it feel like it’s MINE again! Thank you Beth.

Hello from East Africa. I love your routines. though I see that one of my regular stretching ones 20 minutes is no longer available. it was great for a 55 year old with tight hips and back. Hope it will be back soon....

We love your classes. They helped us through some very dark days of the pandemic. We hate to sound like complainers but the sound quality of this video is extremely poor. You sound as if you’re in large auditorium and the volume virtually disappears about 1/2 through the video. Thanks again from your senior citizen followers.

We're sorry to hear that you had a problem with the audio. We've checked the settings and the audio isn't cutting out midway through on any devise that we tested. Perhaps it was an isolated incident.

It's true that sometimes mobility work and stretching can feel quite active and not as relaxing as one might expect. Every session is unique. Hopefully, future sessions will align more closely with the level of relaxation you're looking for. 😊
