Join me for a Pilates full body workout for women over 40 created to give you exactly the right workout for your age and stage in life. This at home pilates workout will increase strength, flexibility and mobility helping you to stay strong as you move through your forties. Wow indeed! Had a cold so feeling a bit weaker so thought this 20 mins would be OK. Sweating now 😂. I'll try the gentle seniors routine tomorrow! Thanks for great variety again, Rachel.
Now I did not needed a prop in the roll up, feet stayed once down so I am improving. Thx❤😊❤.

I just got a mat, and this is the first workout I have done with it. It was challenging for me (I’m 64), but I hope that after doing it a few more times I will get better. Thank you so much for theses videos, Rachel. They are so life enhancing.

I'd love to be able to say I completed all of this but I didn't. I'm 67 and I have an ileostomy so core strength is a challenge for me but I'm going to do this workout at least once a week for a while in an effort to improve. I've recently realised my upper body strength is far greater than my lower body so I'm working on that. Thank you Rachel

This is right up my street, I've lapsed for a couple of weeks and this was a nice introduction to ease me back in, but just great, nice length, amazing sequence, felt really stretched afterwards, more like this please.

I was too slow with my comment, but liked the work out, helped my back after a lot of garden work this week. At first I thought I was on the wrong site haha, the intro was 'cool', very sixties, but very good. Not sure about the under titles though, but guess it helps some people

Just found you today. This was tough for me. The roll ups didn't happen at all! I need something with alternatives to help progress to the harder moves, or beginner videos. Will have a look around on your channel. Thanks for the workout 😊

The roll up went better with a resistant band. I only lifted a small part of my legs and pressing the toes in the band firmly like yesterday in the life😅. Thx❤🎉😊

Lovely for a Saturday, early afternoon out with family, but it’s 🥵 today, glad to get home cool off a bit, then do this session late afternoon - perfect! Don’t feel like such a slug, the hot weather really drains me…😅❤

I’m enjoying doing your videos but, as a person who has spondylolisthesis (grade 1) and am 72 years of age, I worry that some of them may be harmful to my back. It would be helpful if you gave contraindications at the beginning of the exercises so I can give a miss to those that may cause me hairs. Many thanks
