I mean he’s capable of running around when your character and however many Pikmin you have in your squad climb onto him so I guess 5 shouldn’t be much of a challenge

It would have been amusing to see them do it in the air, but having them land and do it is pretty amusing, too. Also, if your character leans in and looks at them, a few of them will lean in and do the same. It's one of the more amusing/cute details showing that the Pikmin in some ways are actually mirroring you.

流石究極生命体オッチン

岩ピクミンがオッチンの周りを回っている所が、本当の岩が転がってるみたいで面白いし、オッチンがくしゃみしたあとに、どのピクミンもびっくりして頭をブルブルさせてるの、可愛かったです。

動きがリアルな犬に近いから本当に可愛い… 見た目も、最初は「犬!?」と思ったけど慣れると確かに太った犬の特徴を掴んでる感じがして可愛い🐕‍🦺 うちの犬も太っていて似ているので愛着がヤバい

I'm of the head canon that the Purple Pikmin are able to control their density somehow, considering that the player can throw them in a perfect (albeit lower) arc until the Purples slam into the ground half way through it seemingly on their own accord.

Everyone keeps talking on the Purple and Rocks..I care more on how cute the Winged Pikmin looked dancing around Oatchi 😊
