When this song came out, it became my favorite song of IU. This album was amazing and so mature. She's always creating great music and has an outstanding voice.

Must have been difficult for IU to write this song and get inspiration from her own experience but that's what makes this song more fragile and precious. Whenever I listen to this song, I can't help but feel melancholic yet comforted at the same time.

I hope that people who really love IU can have the courage to pursue her despite the obstacles (eg. her image and reputation/career/achievements etc..which might intimidate or pressure the other person in a relationship including the backlash/reaction that the public may give (considering her massive popularity and the media's and general public's interest in almost all her actions) since this same issue happened back when IU's relationship was revealed..)

I always think of this but...If I can remember correctly, I think IU broke with her bf on 2016-2017 and I wonder if this song was inspired by their love story since she wrote the lyrics her self (and IU once shared that she is the type of person who is more in love (or who loves more deeply than the other party) when in a relationship which exactly describes the girl in the song wherein the boy tells her that she deserves to find a better person who will give her love more than the love she gives, and sadly, that person is not him)
