Yeah give it time
Great progressions. In same vein I also like raising and lowering my legs in pike to strengthen my flexors for the HS push.

Glad you like it!
I tend to keep on my tip toes through the reps to keep the time under tension throughout.

Nice 👌
Level 1 is a bit much for many beginners, maybe level 0.5 elevated arms shorter range of motion, or head not all the way to the floor.
A beast my man
Big fan sir❤
Brilliant.

@@PaulTwyman thx tho! I'm getting better at them and I'm starting dips instead of normal push ups
For level 2, one will need strong core strength. Obviously this is not for beginners
Very good form. My biggest problem is the pressure in the head if i try to lift my feet, i am able to lsit to hs but not slow. Any ideas on this?
@PaulTwyman
Жыл бұрын
I would visit the position more often but with less intensity, so maybe chest to wall hold
Is it bad when your legs arent fully straight? Im still working on stretching my calves and hamstrings
@PaulTwyman

No it’s fine. Work with the mobility you have and overtime both the HSPU and flexibility will improve

Thanks buddy
Even at level 1, I cant hold my head. It sinks to the floor😂 How long would it take to get strong so I can hold my head from sinking?
@PaulTwyman
8 ай бұрын
Impossible to say how long as everyone is different. Find a program you like and train consistency then it will come.
So if I can do the 2nd I could do a handstand pushup
@PaulTwyman

Potentially but you need to train the actual movement or drills very close to it

Obviously not lol. That’s why it’s a progression. If you can rep out one of the steps enough you can start working towards the next.
