    Great progressions. In same vein I also like raising and lowering my legs in pike to strengthen my flexors for the HS push.

    I tend to keep on my tip toes through the reps to keep the time under tension throughout.

    Level 1 is a bit much for many beginners, maybe level 0.5 elevated arms shorter range of motion, or head not all the way to the floor.

    Give it time. Add lots of dips, Planche and balance work

    For level 2, one will need strong core strength. Obviously this is not for beginners

    Very good form. My biggest problem is the pressure in the head if i try to lift my feet, i am able to lsit to hs but not slow. Any ideas on this?

    I would visit the position more often but with less intensity, so maybe chest to wall hold

    No it’s fine. Work with the mobility you have and overtime both the HSPU and flexibility will improve

    Even at level 1, I cant hold my head. It sinks to the floor😂 How long would it take to get strong so I can hold my head from sinking?

    Impossible to say how long as everyone is different. Find a program you like and train consistency then it will come.

    Yes definitely you just need give yourself time to get familiar with different training techniques. I started this style at 37 and I’m now 47

    the only way is up! keep practicing. Knee push up to full push ups to Dips to Pike Push up etc

    Obviously not lol. That’s why it’s a progression. If you can rep out one of the steps enough you can start working towards the next.
