    아휴 이런 과찬을 🙈 감사해요 💙 살코점프가 제대로 뛰기가 참 어려운점프더라구요... 왈츠는 붕~ 날아가는거 따라하고싶은데 쉽지않네욥🤣

    You are looking so much better. Your flow across the ice is better and your jumps are bigger. Doesn't it get easier when you go a little faster? It's easier to balance if you have momentum. You can't hold an edge or glide at a standstill. My coach used to make me add a loop to every jump, no matter what it was. He said it made me stand up straight and keep my free leg and body under control. Even when I could barely do an axel, he made me do a loop afterward. Obviously he did it while dressed like a Yeti and made it seem so easy.

    For the axel jump, he ordered all jumps followed by loop jumps. Waltz Jump + Loop Waltz Jump + Loop + Loop Waltz Jump + Loop + Backspin Can I do an axel jump afterwards? About a year...?

    @@onice_song you'll get the axel. Once you do you'll wonder why it was a big deal. My coach said that doing the loop after landing the first jump made me control my upper body and free leg. You have to have a good check position no matter what you do. Doing the loop forces you to keep your left arm and shoulder from opening up. Plus it gets you to keep your free leg in front of you. Eventually you'll tighten that up in order to rotate faster. In any jump you have to prevent your free side from continuing the rotation upon landing. If your upper body and or free leg keep going you'll fall. Sounds easy! Sure it does. Hah! It will be once you get the hang of it. I LOVE Yuzuru Hanyu's delayed axel. Of course he hangs in the air for a minute or two because he's Yuzuru. It's a perfect Axel. When he does a double or triple axel, he really just pulls into a perfect back spin position. When he lands, he doesn't let his free side swing around. He's perfectly square. It will all come together!
