@@monoxerotis chill bro, I'm not on neither side. What are you even on about. Why did I become a bigot all of a sudden. I'm just conveying what I see and hear in the vid. Also, just listen to how piers describe what an incel is. Being refered as an hero of those kind of people, if you don't get offended by that, maybe you are guilty of being an incel. By how you're attacking me, no more point on this argument. You clearly hate peterson, and I don't really care. Have a nice day! 👍🏻

Im not sure if this is all god asks from me but I think that these morals and values are the whole point of Christianity. On the other hand, I dont really know if God exists and to be honest, as a physicist I would say that its more likely that he doesnt exist. @@lith_verhen5553 As a devout Christian, I would first say that you sound more agnostic, meaning that you seem like you can see some wiggle room in regards to a higher power, though you don’t buy into the idea. I would recommend you read the Bible at some point, at least the New Testament. That goes through the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus and the covenant that we (Christians) are under now due to His sacrifice. See, Christianity isn’t about trying to follow the morals and values of Jesus, it’s about realizing that we as people are sinful and that we can’t perfectly attain those values. Christianity is about us talking to God, confessing our sins, confessing the fact that we can’t do this on our own, and believing that Jesus Christ’s sacrifice is the only atonement for us that can get us into heaven.

@ryanblunt1631

@@lith_verhen5553 that is exactly what hes telling you. The idea of the Christian god is a terrifying and vengeful, borderline evil, overlord who demands your faith at the threat of an infinite hell. He disliked how humans lived so he wiped us out with floods Toppled civilizations to prove points And refused to help his people in the most desperate of times to teach lessons that he could have easilly have taught the same by just offering his help. Its very obvious Yaweh is not real, the idea of an omnipotent god is a contradiction in itself. Heres a small example how: could god create a stone so heavy not even he can lift it? If so then he is too weak to lift the stone and therefore not all powerful If not then he is unable to create the stone and therefore not all powerful Theres also the fact the new testament was completely written by Titus Flavius in an attempt to turn the Jewish people to a alternate version of their own belief that would make them more forgiving and passificstic, therefore easier to rule over. And the fact most of the old testament stories were stolen from Pagan tales that predated Christianity by thousands of years. Dont fall for that kinda crap, and dont listen to people trying to convert you. Go find your own faith and your own version of God or the Gods that brings you hapliness and leads you down the best path it can. Peterson also isnt a christian, he does teach bible stories as reference points but hes said many times he doesnt actually believe the stories, or possibly in a god even. Just that the stories do teach good morals in many ways. Which i can agree with but these stories do not mostly originate in christianity, many are taken from older, more wise religions.

Instead he just cries about how bad people like Peterson are for trying to help and use their fame for a good cause, rather than talking rubbish on TV about trivial nonsense like he does. It's disgusting really. He is talking down to Peterson for trying his best to solve a large and growing societal problem purely because of the type of person he is trying to get through to, acting like helping misguided people is a crime or something. A quality Peterson has no qualms expressing about horribly sexist and often racist young loners who can’t find a girlfriend because they want a submissive babymachine with cooking skills, but the moment we talk about PoC or LGBT people, this emotionality of his goes right out the window. So no, it’s not a true mark of character here. The man is broken. He was put in a coma to fight his benzo addiction and it damaged him mentally. And genuinely, I don’t say that to be mean, in fact despite disagreeing with just about everything Peterson says, I think he’s at least honest. And I think he wants to make the world a better place. But the way he elects to do so is wrong. His moral framework is skewed. And despite what he may genuinely want to happen, he needs urgent help lest he makes the world a worse place and his existence everlasting torment. The problem is though, he will never get help himself, because for better or for worse he has convinced his fans - of which he is the greatest himself - that he is a messianic figure, a prophet who takes on pain, shoulders the suffering of existence to achieve some form of deliverance. …which of course he is not. He’s just a regular person who rose to fame by misrepresenting/lying or genuinely misunderstanding a Canadian rights bill.

Then there was the classic thing he mentioned about equal pay, mentioning that Nannies shouldn't be paid the same as brick layers and stuff like that, and that he felt it wrong to put a % of women that _had_ to work at a place, because it meant that it wasn't "the most apt for the job" it became the most apt women, and that there wasn't % being put on hands on jobs like brick layers n' shit, which is obviously wrong,,, like- I can't say I agree fully with everything he sais, but damn, it sure is close

This man is a very respectable and lovable man! Helped so many people and changed so many lives! Thank you Jordan for being such a great man of substance, integrity and courage! ❤❤❤
He literally loves people so much. He cries for people he doesn’t even personally know.

I would love to meet Dr. Jordan Peterson in person for a one on one convo. God bless this man
Jordan tearing up cuts deep. Thank you, Dr. Peterson.
I love the fact that he’s a voice for not only young men, but for everyone. I also love the fact that he’s empathetic and not afraid to show his vulnerability through heartfelt tears ♥️

@Heathen Aircap The title wasn't written with the intention you all are placing upon it. The question was so abhorrent that it made this guy cry. It was vile. Peterson is very empathetic, it broke him inside, to hear it said aloud.I'm only guessing that his mind was in many places at once.
Being emotional about the wellbeing of others is a true mark of character.

@@generalerica4123 But he does respect LGBTQ+ people?... and he sees womens rights too...? The only strong issue I remember him having with any part of the LGBTQ+ community was with the obligation of pronouns, and it wasn't because he was against using them, instead it was because he was against there being laws that restrict your freedom of expression, and even then, he expressed that if a trans person were to ask him to call them by their proper pronouns, he wouldn't be against it...
