Right because it's a process. Some people no longer have sex out of wedlock but that doesn't mean that they don't struggle with those tendencies. So gay is the same way. You have to work on a relationship with God. That relationship is bigger than any hardcore sin we had in the past.

Oh! another thing, my daughter lived from 4 yrs old till 21 years old as a transgender (she thought she was a boy in a girls body, see,... Satan blinds the minds of people as he did my daughter. In August 2015 she was baptized and the Holy Spirit opened her eyes, mind, and heart. She came to me and shocked me with what came out of her mouth.... She said: why have I been thinking that I'm a boy? I am a girl. My answer was this: the devil had your eyes veiled, the Holy Spirit unveiled them, now you see. If the Lord can do this for her, He can do it for anyone who is willing to allow Him to complete His work in sending the true Holy Ghost after real baptism... AMEN and thank the Lord for His work!

What a testimony for the Glory of God!!! Praise His Holy Name...He is Good and He is Faithful.

God has healed and delivered me from a childhood of abuse, homelessness from 13-19, bipolar disorder, spirits of suicide and psychosis, and drug addiction. When I tell you God's grace is sufficient!!! Don't ever doubt the power of God and fellow Christians, keep in mind. When you speak ill of someone's deliverance you are speaking blasphemy unto the Lord. It is not your place to scrutinize the mysterious works of God. He can save anyone, regardless of the nature of their sin. Thank you God for being an awesome and righteous God. Thank you Lord Jesus for your omnipotence, for being omniscient and omnipresent! I'm 25yo and blessed to be here, alive and in my right mind, and covered by the holy and authoritive blood of Jesus Christ!!!

My uncle was gay man for many decades. He was saved by Grace and turned his life around. He left the alcohol, the life he had led, all behind. He married a precious woman who is my aunt Bonnie now. It was by his own choice that he wanted to be delivered from that place. I am not saying anything is wrong with being, Gay. Because I love my uncle gay, straight, now married just as much. He preached #1 to Love God with all your heart, mind, and soul and #2 Love your neighbor as yourself. On these two concepts hang all the Law and the Prophets. The Old Testament is still important because it is the foundation of the New Testament. It shows us who God is, where we came from, How majestic He is and why he needed to robe himself in flesh to save us. You can't throw it away, it is too important. Just the book of Proverbs alone is so rich with instructions in life and what's important. It also shows the genealogy of Jesus.

Deliverance is THAT way. I will never forget the way an ex boyfriend tried to carry me when we ran into each other, after I was delivered. I didn't let him know how it bothered me that his inability to understand my transformation, but it did. What's amazing is every time I ran into him, I realized that it was him who had issues. He was stuck, in his life, he was only progressing in age and nothing else. That bothered me, as well, but differently. We pray for those people and leave them to Jehovah. Be blessed and well, my Brother.

Thank you for the inspiration. I came across this youtube preacher named Bayless Conley a little over a month ago. His messages have been changing the way I look at The Bible and faith and Christianity. This man lives out his faith like I've never seen before. He has been personally healed of sicknesses ailments boating accidents that almost took his life. He talks about vs and the book of James where it tells you if you're sick to get the Elders in your church and to come to you and anoint you with oil and pray over you for healing. He preaches this stuff the words right out of The Bible and he tells us to take it literally. Which I've never heard from other churches that I've gone too and they've been non denominational Christian churches. As result I've always struggled with what true faith is. You see I grew up in the church I was in youth group I was in church choir it was a non denominational Christian church. But just as you said that you struggled with homosexuality, I have struggled with the lust of looking at women and pornography. Well I've been fighting it with a vengeance this past month. 1st time in probably over 10 years. I'm sort of a prodigal in that sense. God has been working on my heart. I have fallen several times flat on my face and I get right backup and start reading The Bible 1I start listening to pastor Bayless again. Pray every day that God transforms my mind.
