Great job dad! 💪🏻 I just bought my 6 year old his first bike today! I wanted a bike so bad growing up but my parents couldn’t afford one. I went with a ttr-50 and when he outgrows that I’ll put him on the yz65. What a great looking bike! Makes me feel like a kid again🤪

Back when showrooms actually had bikes to look at......... Salesman had no clue on heat cycles lol "um yeah, just kind of cycle through it"

Salesman also had no clue on suspension, rebound at top compression in bottom on them 65s🥴🤦♂️

We do have a little practice track. Nothing spectacular but it's in our backyard. I'll put together a video of the boys riding here soon. Since we never got to do a yz65 first ride video.

I really can't remember sorry. Just go sit on it use starting blocks if you need, we did.

How old is he during this video? I am in same situation with my son is turning 8 around 48 to 49 inches tall at about 50lbs.

I wouldn't say hate lol 😆 just not our preference. Japanese build good engines, Cars and bikes. And for fair prices.

Not a year and a half ago...But then again Most pros can't even touch the ground either. Look closely they use starting blocks too. That being said yes we did get it a year early.. but I didn't want to spend 5k to have to upgrade 1 year later. Now he has a head start on the 65 class and he's grown into it nicely.
