@@angel-fk6rn Gosh but how?! I've tried that whole "fake it til you make it" mindset and it only lasts for so long.. then I go right back to caring so much it ruins me. I was severely bullied/abused in and out of the home as a child. That basically blew whatever confidence I ever started with to smithereens! I'm so lost right now as a 24 year old woman. I absolutely have no confidence, not even fake confidence. I have no love for myself and I have been mistreating myself for the past few years because I just don't care about myself. I am so down in the shits it's not even funny. Unaliving myself is always in the back of my mind and has been since I was 7. I try to escape myself with certain things (not so great things) but that never works. Only temporarily. Then I go back to being in my own sober mind and it's the worst. I am truly fcked. This whole victim mindset is going to kill me.

Lara I hope you know how much joy you bring into people’s lives. Your vids always make me smile or laugh. Thank you!!
