Great Video and I finally learned what to look for in the store. Chuck eye steaks are a well kept secret----much better than rib eye. Thanks so much for the tutorial !

in 2024 Chuck roast is never less than $5.99 where I live. But, that price for rib eye is great. Thanks for the instructions.

Great stumbling across your channel... I'm a old game processor sold the farm and am buying meat for the first time in 26 years. Can't get anymore 7 bone chucks and I do love my fist cut chuck roasts so this opens my eyes. Thanks

I remember the 7 bone, and the round bone roasts. 88 cents a pound.

I can't find any in Walmart and the ones I found else where was real small
