    Good video. Picket stake is a must Know when your into the wild with horses. But be careful of rope burn! I like to start a green horse using a 6 feet chain between the end of the rope and his foot. The chain is heavy and does not burn. Once Mr horse is used to it leave it home and go hit the trail - you should still find your friend in the morning !

    Nice video. Use the picket stake for my dogs too. That is a Carabiner you have on the end though, not a D-ring. The screw links are usually a lot cheaper than a climbing (rated) carabiner.
