Nice job, good timing I just last week ordered 18 x 9 roh assult in 25 offset and 275 70 18 yokohama x/at. I took some measurements and thought this would work well.

What I'm getting as well, about the best looking wheel

Here in California the cops do not care about the tires sticking out past the fenders. Many people drive lifted vehicles with inches of tires sticking out.

In Victoria technically only the tread of the tyre needs to be within the guard. Doesn’t matter if the sidewall bulges out. In saying that if you try to tell a copper that who actually doesn’t know the technical specs they will still try to can the tyres just because they think they can.

Now I’ll have to look at mine lol! 305/55/20’s an mine stick out a little but I think in vic the side wall isn’t apart of it as it has to be the foot of the tyre?????? Have to look that up too. I’ve got heaps of sag too I think so I’ll measure an get back to you on that one. Odin62 🍻

So would a Lenso marvel 18 inch +18 fit my 2023 series 5 mate ? Considering the brake caliper size. Going to put on Cooper AT3 295/70/18

Wouldn't want to be in your shoes running wider than 50mm offset and a wheel spacer if you had an insurance claim David.

Aren’t you really dictated by what you can’t fit underneath your car more so than what can fit in the wheel archers ? I heard 305/70/r18 won’t fit where the spare goes

Hey mate I was was advised yesterday of 295/70/18 on pos 25 ROH assaults with yoko geolanders would be fine. After watching this would just like to know your thoughts? No lift as well

I would agree that your tyre choice would be fine. There will be a little bit of poke though

I get my s5 at the end of the year and have seen mixed results on method wheels fitting and not fitting. I don’t suppose you’ve recently fitted up any 305NV methods on any new s5’s lately?

Hi Dave I have a question that a lot of people asked me and everyone gives a different answer. I have a patrol y62 series five doesn’t matter what series in stock mode. and I have 295/70/18 and I have been asked what PSi I am running. I said well there are new tyres and wheels and I checked and the psi is set on 42. And all of them have told me different answers it’s too much it’s not enough on road can you please give me an answer what do you think I should be running on 😅

There is cut snake as well by they would be comparable to Extremes

They’ll be fine, although I probably wouldn’t go MAXXIS IMO. Mine gave me the wobbles after 10k km

It goes with running 35’s as well. I do love them but it’s not legal in Qld😫. Max allowed is 50mm above oem which is 34.6”. Does it worry you with cops or insurance David? Surely popo in SA would know you by now 🤣

Just FYI, I just measured my methods (+18) on OEM tyres (Bridgestone Duellers 265/70/18) and I’m 7mm out by the broomstick test 😫
