Visited the shop today and confirmed that the mystery stone was rhodacrosite. Yes, I literally took out my phone and showed the shopkeeper Maria's video (she hadn't seen the video before and was thrilled about it), and she told me that's what the stone was. I actually got a stronger ASMR from the part in the shop than any intentional vid I've watched recently. For me ASMR vids don't really work anymore, the strongest responses I've had in the past have been in real life from teachers and grandparents etc.

This is one of my favorite ASMR videos of all time. I love that it's ASMR without trying too hard to be ASMR. It's so subtle and effortless and seems almost accidental. I've watched this so many times and never get sick of it. THANKS MASHA

Hey Maria, I know you probably won't read this and that this message is very personal but in case you sometimes wonder if what you're doing is useful or appreciated i want you to know that last year i was at my worst crying my eyes out quite everyday and my ex bf left me when i was diagnosed with depression. Trust me the simple fact of being alive hurt like hell but smh you were there and your videos helped me a lot during this lonely shitty moment of my life. This is one of my favorite videos you've ever uploaded. I really loved the sounds of the stones and the metal, as well as the background voices of the other shoppers. Plus it was really fun to see the pretty merchandise and feel like I was shopping with you! A very relaxing, enjoyable video indeed.

I would say that you vlogs nowadays are more relaxing than the videos on the main channel. All we need is your voice and energy, I think that you overcomlicate things a little bit on your ASMR channel. I miss your Show and Tell videos where you were just showing us things and talking about everyday life.

I agree... I feel like it takes a lot for her to post on her main channel too because she does such big production type videos (which I love by the way,) but honestly I really enjoy her simple videos like the cell phone case tapping video or the jewelry show and tell...it's her voice and demeanor that makes me sleepy. Simple as that. 😴

I've watched this vlog literally 8 times ! I cant stop , your voice , the stones , how they're organized , literally everything!!

It's 2018 and I still find myself coming back to this vlog :) I absolutely love the atmosphere in this video

FYI it's not used jewelry, it's made in India and bought very cheaply. Not hating, I buy it also because they are made well and cheap...well not from there, but places online or in person. That's why there were SO many pieces, and why so many shops have this style. The pink looks like rhodochrosite.

that was really fun to watch. i cannot imagine what the shop owner does for her end of the year inventory. everything has to be counted! omg!

What a magical shop!! It looks like the pink ring is rhodonite and I LOVE all the little balls around it. The garnets are gorgeous as well, love the way the ring has pear shapes and is in a bypass form. Sooo many pretty pieces at that shop! These are quite tingly, watching you touch and talk about the stones, and the upward shots looking at the hanging glass decorations. Thanks!

Maria I've been a fan of yours for a few years now and I can still remember one of your earlier videos (on your asmr channel) where you were sitting in your car and you were playing with some sort of jewelry or crystals hanging from the mirror, talking about how happy you felt. I love Ellicott City, they used to have a pottery place I used to go to when I was younger with my grandma! There also used to be this one antique store that had this magical dresser I wanted so bad, they painted it with a pinkish purple sparkle paint and it had fairys all over it 😍! I remember like it was yesterday... Oh and the little root beer float place, so many nostalgic memories coming back watching this! I need to take my daughter there soon!
