This video was interesting. I always wondered why the ski slopes are the way they are. Thanks to you and other men who stay up all night so others can enjoy.

Good winter job if you’re in the right country. In your off season maybe.

How many liters of fuel do you normally burn in a shift. New favorite channel btw. Pretty damn awesome.

It depends on snow conditions and how much winching I do. It uses very little when winching. probably anywhere between 250-300L a night on a hard night.

@@pushnpow that's not too bad I figured it would have used more. Mind you when we are snow ploughing with the graders we are going thru 300 to 350 liters in a 10 hour day.

@@crazygn0me67 the machines are getting more efficient each year, but they also consume a lot of adblu, so probably cost the same on average. When I’m winching, the fuel consumption drops a lot too. It saves a lot of fuel using the winch.

The one down by my knee is the GPS screen. The one higher up is all the gauges for the machine.

That is the GPS. The GPS system measures/maps the depth of snow under the machine and displays it on the screen so I know how much overage I have over the slope.
