Pile number three and I remember a couple years ago. The concept of killing people with kindness was really hard for me to understand and actually do in real life, but I have grown so much it’s getting easier and easier for me to do. It definitely does lead to a better outcome. I’ve had to work on anger management and I don’t even allow myself to get to a certain point anymore. Sometimes I slip up here or there, but like I said, it’s a whole lot easier to kill people with kindness now that I’ve done some work. My adrenaline kicks in immediately when I get into confrontation my whole body starts to gyrate and I’m ready to throw a punch. Over the years I’ve learned how to calm myself down. I know people could tell when I’m angry and I know that people are intimidated/scared when I get angry because you could see it all over my face my whole demeanor changes. I’m getting better though.

Pile 2. Left a toxic environment a few months back. The way my exit was handled from their side was embaressing! I declined an invitation to come and get a proper farewell today. I have moved on and I should keep on going. My self respect and peace is too important. So, I can relate to feeling left out and haters. I have experienced that my whole life
