I always try to give my intuition and the visions I get the benefit of the doubt of being "just a dream" but now I realize they really are downloads. You have helped me yet again come to terms with the fact that at 35, I've uncovered buried memories from my child hood that are very real and aren't just dreams. If you would have asked me 10, 5, even a year ago that I had experienced these things as I child I would have told you you were crazy. The mind really is incredibly complex, and I'm still reeling that I blocked these memories out. I did ask for the clarity from my guides and ancestors about what puzzle piece I was missing in my history and why we left my hometown where I was born, and I'm stunned at what I'm learning. Thank you for completely changing my day with your divine loving words of gratitude 💗 I suffer from severe CPTSD and my nervous system goes into defense mode as soon as I get out of bed in the morning and holds me like a hostage all day. I work very hard all day every day to regulate it and to stay in self-love through the turmoil ,exhaustion and frustration. And there is nothing that is able to immediately unarm it the way sincere loving kindness does. All my loving gratitude to you 🙏

❤☘️ I won’t eat animals. I’ve changed to satvic diet since a month. It’s been tough because the diet is whole foods and mostly raw and slightly cooked or steamed and it’s mostly vegetarian. I’ve grown up in non veg so it’s tough. Hence I’m trying to heal now 12:10
