1 chill dude, when you are hurt you WILL make it about you... I understand... I got that too... when I got to the point of the breaking everything was about me and every little hurt... I don't know maybe it was that that up to that point I was silent and always tried to help people even if you are not alright... but let me tell you something, don't stay there too long, because ... people will resent you, not necesarily because they don't like you, but your thing is tiresome to others too... but take your time and heal I wish you luck and break a leg. I mean I am pretty much understanding,, when I am not triggered in the moment ... when I am triggered I am extremly pissyy, sassy and subjective ... just reacting little kid. IT IS OK TO FEEL EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING OR JUST SOMETHING OR EVEN NOTHING. You know how people think that you are just really trying to get their attancion and they kinda stomp on your tail with "learn to accept consequencess" even if you did... or maybe not maybe, when you were little child it was never about you so you learned more likely not really... expect stuff. And that you doing it basically because really sorry otherwise you think that it is kinda not cool behavior, not like cool it is cringe, but you still go through that cringe because you are really sorry or something... thats the same thing. You know they have their own head they (should) know you have your own head and thus your reaction or emotion is ok,, it is understandeble... now I am not saying to be little child in public... but sometimes you just understand and they could understand your reaction too, even if they are not accepting it.
