I am pile number 3, going through a period of healing and purging. It is hard, I am healing from past trauma, I survived growing up in an abusive family that normalised violence and being in a pretty much abusive romantic relationship that pushed me to ignore all the healthy people I in my life for almost 2 years. Went through an heartbreak, then realized this person leaving my life was an huuuge blessing. Now I am aware, but it is hard at times to assist to your own toxic traits, realise the amount of harm I have done to myself and others.
