Yesss pile 2 💗 I got this stupid self love book that my therapist recommended but it started pissing me off, loving myself hasn’t been a problem for a long time it’s been OTHER PEOPLES REACTIONS to me loving myself. There’s this part that had these lame lukewarm affirmations and one of them was “I deserve love and belonging.” I crossed that shit TF out and wrote “Love and Belonging is your BIRTHRIGHT!” We NOT playing small up in here!!! I rewrote every SINGLE wimpy affirmation into something that actually resonates but the rest of the book is like not thought provoking at all 😭
