This has truly been a sad day indeed 😔😔😔 But seriously this is what exactly I don’t understand, they won’t green light shows that have a lot of potential that people actually are looking forward to and yet they give us 💩 no one wanted like Velma (including Season 2 which idk why that’s a thing 😩😩), The Idol (plz don’t get me started with that 😫😫), Gotham Knights and other crappy woke products which definitely should’ve been tossed aside. Like you said, there is some hope and hopefully at some point they will listen to us and give us what they want and if that’s the case then it shows us what WB truly are.

No, both CN and AS are owned by Warner Bros, which is why both programs are on the same channel). If an AS show wanted to feature stuff from CN, it can happen if Warner Bros allow it and there will be no copyright issues.

It would've been a sick show, was hoping it come out last year in May(Would've watched that and Multiverse Of Madness on the same week to). How come Velma gets to stay but Pibby gets the boot?!

REALLY sad news the creator just made a post holding up a sign saying "pibby is dead" and it means that the show is dead and will never be green lit

Well at best we can hope pibby stays as an iconic character that they easter egg in some shows and promotional material kinda like a mascot

it could be the best show in adult swim

For those wondering why isn't it greenlit yet, here's my theory on why. The problem really isn't adult swim, the problem is that the show needs to be allowed to use characters from other said shows. And if all/some cartoons from cartoon network and adult swim say no. It makes it more impossible or impossible to make it happen, but like the creator said, never say never. Forgot to mention, Warner Bros, does own Adult Swim, and Cartoon Network too so if warner bros says no it most likely never will happen.

Do you see how many crossovers are in the show? If learning with Pippy is going to become a show, the creator of learning with Pippy is going to have to get the approval. Of the crossovers he has and there’s a big chance that they were going to say no

It was obvious that this was going to happen, he has to get the legal rights of many characters. Pibby was not canceled (contrary to what some people in the comments say, they didn't even read the post) But if Pibby is going to happen, be prepared to wait because until companies allow the guy to use their characters in the series/film (or whatever) it will take a LONG time. And to be honest, I don't want to be pessimistic, but I don't think that's going to happen, even Pibby's creator doesn't think that's going to happen either.
