Piastri doing well but would have been nice to see the driver market options since Palou is already 30. You had money before Bahrain. Sergio Valdes would be more interesting to watch since he hasn’t made it into an F1 team yet and looks a very good newgen. This challenge seems like it’s going to be difficult to complete now anyway as you still have 5 teams left to do. Since it’s proving easier with the bigger teams, we can predict single season wins at a 3 episode average which is 17 episodes (including the current season). F1 Manager 24 is 28 days away so even one episode every two days wouldn’t quite be enough.

I know, time is starting to become a real issue. Valdes would be a good shoutout honestly but as Palou is lower rated I felt he would be more of a challenge on the team.

@@NeroBax That’s fair enough, Palou is still fine as haven’t seen him used before. Hopefully Valdes can be used at some point if he doesn’t retire early. If time does run out then it’s okay, it will probably make you more determined to complete the challenge in 24. One learning from this attempt might be to start it early with different testing side goals each season rather than starting too many saves. There was a lot of duplication with AlphaTauri, Alfa Romeo and Haas this year. Looking forward to seeing what you do on 24 and learning what’s new/changed.

I find going attack on the first stint is quite bad after the nerf on attack and aggressive. Firstly, it's not easy create a gap from the bot with DRS. Going attack only waste more tyre than others. Secondly, you will have to pit early which leads to pitting in a lot of traffic. I personally like to go conserve on first stint and attack before first pit stop. Or attack with soft to create a gap. And turn down to conserve. If the car is good enough, conserve should be good enough to sustain a gap. Attack on medium tyre is just terrible.

I have an idea. You can use the editor to edit the calendar to only 18 random races so you can finish the rest of the teams a lot quicker than now

I'm bad with big number so the way I calculate low speed and medium speed is to divide number behind the decimal by 2 then add 0.5, for example low speed is 4.33 kN -> 0.33 ÷ 2 = 0.165 -> 0.165 + 0.5 = 0.665 -> so expertise is around 66.5%
