On the long trills I try to lift my hands as little as possible

@Turnipsmaybe it's because of coordination? Try to circle the notes going together on left and right hand and put it together again! I don't have a lot of experience but people suggested me that to bring something to velocity you need to start from the speed you're more comfortable with even if it is very slow and then increase progressively only when you're comfortable with that speed. Hope it helps!

You can half pedal the arpeggio measures.. or pedal even less. Pedaling is by experimentation, harmonic movement, and attentive listening. If you are blurring harmonies, lift the pedal more frequently. If you are over-pedaling then harmonies are blurring over or becoming muddy.

Trying to get just that bit clean but my hands find the LH slower than the right. Working up to it at tempo with a tick, the fourth on that arpeggio just sounds awful...@@ShirleyKirsten

Use rotation through arpeggios.. which gives you more control. It's not finger individuation but thinking in GROUPS of notes also helps shape the arpeggios.. My most recent tutorial: kzread.info/dash/bejne/qXWNr6mamsq_lbg.html
