Hello mam i m ur new subscriber .Mam i have knee problem and my mri shows type II A signal in posterior horno of medial meniscus . i have swelling un both of my knees and sometimes i feel lower back pain .should i need physiotherapy plz help me.

they can use pain killer thats why they study pharamcology to reduce pain before start treatment
