And plz note that we have better understanding of physiology in all aspects.i have been with so many good doctors,but they say that they only read in nutshell as they have to read various topics at a time. And the best physiology books are written by the physiologists,not the doctors.. unfortunately .it's India where growth of physiology has reached a plateau phase

I can show you batch by batch of human physiology students either marrying or switching fields. Exception is there always. Some people will always find their way out but thats not applicable for all.

Yes u r right that so many students having physiology in the bsc have opted for something else..this has several reasons..first of all with due respect to all the subjects,physiology is one of the hardest subjects and it is the basis of pharmacology..and also related with the analysis of any disease..and all the great Physiologists after 1980, have went to abroad and never came back..and there are no such jobs available except research in physiology except sports physiology..and obvisouly lack of infrastructure is also a cause...and even there is a clash in WB that a msc Physiology student can not teach medicos..but in south all the departmental heads are msc Physiology, not at all MD physiology..

Don't study MSc physiology. it's hard to study but still no future in India. it's better to shift to biotechnology. somehow if you failed to get biotechnology go with other subjects but not physiology.

@@shomusbiologyofficial no sir this is not....i interacted with so many great Physiologists...they said physiology is always for research based jobs...not for being a school teacher and professions like these...yes i agree to this point that along with the overall degradation of the education system, Physiology has not further evolved in India..

You can share your thought. I speak the truth and not false hope. I want everyone to know what this field holds for them. Many people think I am discouraging them after educating them in this field since 2012 over KZread itself. Just repeat the words !! I think I am doing something (even little) to spread biology education in India and keep people hooked but I cannot spread false words to make money out of it. Another perspective - go through the comment section and you will understand the overall story
