Good morning my friends. We have a new episode on the channel. This week this review will be about the project which is located in the northern part of Phuket near Layan Beach.
This project is called The Pavilions Phuket. It consists of several parts - the hotel part and several properties such as villas and apartments for personal residence.
The complex has several swimming pools for general use, two luxury restaurants, a spa complex, a gym, public and private parking, of course, full security and cameras around the perimeter of the complex.
The convenient location is another plus. To the Lagoon area is 5 minutes away and the luxurious Layan beach can be reached in a couple of minutes.
In this video, I will tell you about 2 properties that are available for purchase and rent for long periods - Villa and a penthouse with a private pool on the rooftop.

How much are these 2 suites worth?
Im a buyer, but your video is too long and you have no pricing information. Also, no one wants to call you to get the price.

@@phuketrealestatewithandrew9637 Keep them under 5 minutes to keep attention span. Talk about Freehold, Leasehold, CAM fees, etc. Showing property amenities is good. And, dont talk about the obvious like whats in the bathroom or the layout of the bedroom. No one wants to email you because they know their going to get a sales pitch, so better have a listing link on the page. I look forward to your future videos. I know they will be good because I can see you are putting in the effort.
