Mate, you're really doing a great job. The way you exaplain everything is so clear. I really appreciate you're effort and your interest in doing that. Greetings from Romania!
Hi, Elliot! Would you consider doing some simple listen & repeat videos? Like a long dialogue sentence by sentence with pauses? Why I think they'd be great: - There aren't many good ones available. - Students would watch the same video several times (to practice). - You could make as many as you want and they'd be new. - You could make themed stuff. Thanks!
Thanks a lot for this wonderful lesson. I really wanted to know about the word Pop. Thanks once again.
I really join in your every single lesson. Thank you so so much!

Another great video as usual👍 every time i learn something new thanks alot. One request i wish if you could pleae make it and i believe you are the best to make it which is called short forms or constraction, my listening is not good i can undertand you very well but other people when they speak fast and use short forms become more difficult so first thing i would like to improve my listening then my pronunciation and how pronoun constrations . Best regads
Hungarians use them too. Pop is a popular verb. Just we stick directions to the main verb. :) I love British English: telly: tv, brolly: umbrella and many more. Eliot is a good language teacher!
Thank you from Romania, where almost 200 new cases have popped up today, sadly. (Pop is the surname of one of my students, and some time ago we did a session on phrasal verbs. She thought it was quite funny how many of them included her name.)
Sherlock once said: Just popping outside
I wish you stay safe at this moment, I'd to see new videos from your channel.
I love your videos! Estoy enamorada de ti!!
Thank u 😍
Thank GOD i discovered your Videos tonight. Many of my Ancestors were British, so i assumed that a British accent would come easily to me. As a Canadian learning the British way of speaking for making a series of 32 Role Play Videos to help people overcome Dental Anxiety, i discovered that my voice needs more work. "Pop" and the "o" sound in similar words like "top", "prop", and "stop" will be crucial in these Role Plays, because i am creating a character who is a Dental Assistant born in Britain. Adelle will ask this Female Patient in her early 20's to "pop in the chair", will need to "pop on some gloves", comment on the Patient's "top row of teeth", provide "a bit more suction up top", hand the Dentist some "topical anesthetic", explain they are "going to prop open your mouth with this device", "prop up the chair", and soothe "remember, if you need us to stop, pop up your hand". Perhaps the Assistant will joke "going to the Dentist is rated the most unpopular activity" and/or soothe "imagine you are on a tropical island". This phrase will be used a lot. Would she need to say "lower your chair" or "Drop down your chair"? Which is more British? i hope you get to read this, since you do not comment to many of your viewers (probably you are too busy making more awesome content). i really want this character to be believable. Hoping to channel a bit of Mary Poppins and Nanny Mc'Phee into my Dental Assistant character, Adelle. Any viewers thoughts on this character? Peace from Edmonton City, Canada... Cheerio!
Thank for the interesting lesson. I’ve been confused for a while. Don’t know how to use the word ‘pop’ and explain to others.
thank for you time Etj very good i like your voice

Hi Elliot, I just saw one of your videos on pronunciation and I was surprised on how you pronounce the word ALMOST - the beginning of it (in the video you were focusing on the ´oh´ sound). Have you talked about the AL pronunciation in any other video? thanks!
Thank you so much I am going to pop out with some friends.

I love your accent from Iraq .I wish to become good English teacher lik u . With my love to you
For us frenchies, "pop" is the funniest word to hear ! ^ ^
I really do like it....
Hey! I got a question for you that I'm really excited. I'm Brazilian and normally Brazilians have a huge problem to differentiate between ”ear” and ”year”. We don't have the sound of ”y”. For a long time, I couldn't listen to the difference between those words. However recently I've realized that ”y” is like ר (resh) in Hebrew and γ (gama ) in Greek. The Hebrew letter is stronger than in English but it uses the same place of the mouth. I just want you if you think they have the same sound or if I've been fooled by myself hahaha. Thanks from Brazil.
How I can chat with you in what's up ? I need to improve my language and learn from you the right idioms and speaking Because you're so good teacher and your ways in teaching very strong My biggest problem that I can't speak in fluently I see the children these day speak better than me With that I study English in college😭😭😭😭
Thank you for this lesson !! Greetings from Argentina.
