PhotoMaker - Create your own look alike easily

In this video we take a look at PhotoMaker: Customizing Realistic Human Photos via Stacked ID Embedding, one heck of a long name!!
Create images that look a lot like the reference images without any heavy LoRA training and see instant results.
I share in this video the installation process, overview of the interface, image generation and review of results I got.

    on a 11GB 1080 TI I gave up after waiting: 2 hours and 10 minutes to generate 1 photo at 20 steps from 1 image. It never made it to 1/20 steps. It stayed at 0.0% with 0/20 steps.

    That's pretty bad. That means the code is not optimised for low vram. You might have to see if the command lines supports some low vram arguments

    why didn't I show you how to install it step by step through Visual Studio?there are many beginners here and do not understand how to do it ((((

    Sorry but its as easy as download and run the EXE, click next a few times and you are done. You can search KZread for it, my goal is to show how PhotoMaker works and its results.

    Hey photomaker AI is working very slowly on my system I've rtx2060, 32 gb ram, ryzen5 3600 CPU. But after I applied your setting still I'm not getting any where. Loading......... never stops, even after I waited for 30min. The AI is not generating any images for me. Am I doing something wrong. Please help me out.
