You can use manila paper of any colour. It depends on what purpose will it be used. I prefer black,white, off white colour or you can use which colour is available to you.☺️😊

Are you sure it's 400 Gm paper? Cause 250 Gm paper becomes card it can't be used as paper so how 400 Gm cards can be folded like this?

You will find the Fevicol MR White Adhesive from any bookshop or craft stationeries. I also bought from normal bookshop near me.
