HE DID THE CONFESSION SCENE IN A ONE PERFECT TAKE? OMG. COLIN FARRELL IS BRILLIANT ACTOR.

What’s completely underrated about this film is the message. Stews confession is the unveiling of what most of us use to mask our daily lives. Fancy clothes, false appearances, compulsive lying… when stew finally admits his crimes to the entire world it’s enough to make us all reflect on how honest we are in our own lives. It’s a masterpiece of a script that can bring a tear to the eye of anyone guilty of the same crimes. Amazing writing and directing.

right , he wasn't evil, but he was certainly an asshole. I believe that the events changed stu , and they'll stick, and he'll be better for it!

I remember watching it with my sister at my grandmas as a kid and loved it but it’s even better as an adult.

I just love how Colin can also nail a good new York accent. I loved his voice in this movie. 😊

It's amazing. Most of this one take is in the movie. Great actor.

Joel was such an underrated director. Falling Down, Lost Boys, A Time to Kill, 8mm, Flatliners etc.

First time seeing this movie. Had to watch it again right after. This was an awesome movie!

One of my favourite films. Colin Farrel is fantastic! Even if he cant quite hide his Irish accent at times

All those work for the perfect set and nowadays they would just put up some green screens and build everything on the computer in post-production. I can't really tell if thats a good or bad thing...

It's like a rollercoaster ride with a movie life or death worth watching in 2021.

I didn't realise Joel Schumacher was.......as old as he was. I imagined he was in his late 20s when he made this film. I was so blinkered on that one. .. But I certainly get it why Robert Carlyle based his looks on Joel 😂. And needless to say - this is one brilliant, brilliant movie!

Didn’t they start in NY then had to move to LA during filming, making them recreate the actual St from NY in LA.

Happy 20th Anniversary to this great film. It's too bad it got some flack for receiving a delayed release because of the 2002 Sniper Attack.
