I did a Synthesia Tutorial for this one a while back, and I finally went back and covered it for real. It serves as the sad theme during "Reunion, and Turnabout," and is probably my favorite of the "Reminiscing" themes.
(I've also heard this song called "Scars Etched by Flame," but Scars Carved by Fire is what VGMdb and the Fandom wiki call it, so that's what I'm going with.)

As someone who loves the original piece, I have always thought the digital sounds took away from the ambience. Your cover captures the soft sorrow of the piece very well, especially with the candle lighting to set the mood. What a wonderful performance. Thank you for sharing this with us :)

I think I love everything about this video. The setting with the candle and the darkness alongside the red line is perfect. And of course, the actual cover is simply amazing. This is the oficial "not digital/electro" version of this song in my mind. Beautiful work!
