So happy we got our hands on this Phoenix Wing during the pre-sale a few days ago! The metal coat on the Blade makes it look SOOOO FRESH! You will definitely need multiple copies of this Bey because it'll be chipped after your first test spin 💀Takara Tomy is using the painted parts in their marketing and it's interesting...they actually advertise it more as a feature as opposed to a simple recolour. Smart, but we hope they don't go overboard on it. The paint adds some extra weight, which is great and all, especially for competitive combos when you compare it to a non-painted part, but it doesn't replace new, creative gimmicks. Either way, this Bey is so cool...THE PHOENIX IS BACK!

I think for beyblade X, it's important to have duplicates for all of your beys you plan on using. At least your "main". If an attack type hits your bit proper, the bit teeth can be destroyed. Phoenix is a pretty monumental release in my opinion because it sets a lot of precedents for the future, what with the new parts and playstyle. Really diverse moveset on this one. Painted beys always rock because of the extra weight, and battle scars show more on them. If you're using painted beys, I highly suggest a microfiber cloth to stop the spins as soon as the battle is over, safely, and also clean the paint chips on the stadium. One paint flake can really make or break a competitive match, like a pebble in skateboarding.

I love how every version of Phoenix from different generations are different types: Dranzer = Balance Type Burn Phoenix = Stamina Type Revive/Dead/Prominence Phoenix = Defense Type Phoenix Wing = Attack Type

This has got to be the best looking Beyblade X Bey as of yet. Launcher looks epic as well!

It's beautiful & I love how the "bit" sounds like the "Jaggy" performance tip. Seems like it performs similar to Jaggy as well..seriously anticipating left spin BX beys. i'd love to see how useful this system is for opposite spin battles, a bit meh for same spin imo..

I just ordered Phoenix wing and it's going to be my first ever bey from this generation since i only recently heard about beyblade x. I like it a lot since reminds me of burn Phoenix which was my first ever beyblade that I owned. I still remember the day I first got it as a kid. This is the first bey I bought in a while since I haven't played with beyblades since 2017

I my opinion, the 9-60 ratchet kinda looks like a different variation of the 3-60 ratchet from DranSword. And the GF bit reminds me of the Jaggy driver from Burst.
