    You always do phoenix on static I think, on a spinning pole it's probably just a deadlift.

    You do this on a static not spin. What's creating the spin in the momentum from the running

    You can absolutely do a Phoenix on spin pole, but it is incredibly difficult. You have to have a one armed hang on spin, which is hard in itself, and then you have to engage your core to move around to place the bottom arm in the correct position.
