Rachel Summers will surely get a volume 3 for their stories.
That cover is so beautiful.

Yeah, wow! 😍🔥
There is a lot of double dipping for me; but, it's nice and thick, and I am really really hoping for a volume 3, which I should hope will have a bunch of uncollected material. The standard cover is tremendous.

YES! Like Omar says some of those minis.
I can’t wait to get this in the mail. I’m curious though, what would a Phoenix Omnibus vol 3 contain?
Well done 🙂
This is the ultimate double dipper, if you collect the Uncanny X-men omnis. But nice if you just want Phoenix. The omni starts with a legendary story though.
I don't understand the logic with releases like this. Are you telling me that there is more demand for this than another volume of silver age Iron Man, or as a reason for holding out on the X-Factor omnibus?! (Edited for grammar and spelling)

YES! Have you seen the Twitter blow up over these omnis? Sorry, I hope people care about Iron Man one day for you.

@@trishb.6398no I haven’t seen twitter mention this at all lol
I CANNOT WAIT!!!
So since I have all the X-Men on the buses, I won’t get this one, but I am looking forward to volume three
that cover is so sick.
haven't finished video but always looking for where you put on shelf
I’ve collected a lot of this via the Epic Collections but there’s still parts like the XCailber run that I haven’t picked up which should fill some gaps. Being a big Jean Grey/ Phoenix fan I couldn’t not collect these focused collections. Would very much love to see a Vol. 3! 🔥🔥🤩
Will pass on this double dip. But very keen for later volumes that might collect Endsong, Jean Grey, X-Men Red etc
Thanks!

Thank you so much!
If I'm not super familiar with Claremont's run or X-men as a whole would this and the first volume still be a good read/good buy? Looks gorgeous!

I know it was my intro to Claremont’s X-Men. I’ve since collected the Epic Collections that cover pretty much Claremont’s entire run. Phoenix is a touchstone for both comic lore generally as well as a good way to find an in for the broader X-Men mythos. Hope this helps. 🔥
I think there is place for at least two more volumes. Form me is Pheonix is awesome and I didn't bought the Uncanny X-Men books. Man, I want in the next volumes the Silvestri New X-Men stories, and Endsong and Warsong and of course Resurrection. And as we go into volume 3 and 4 we will have stories that were never collected in oversized format.
Does this omnibus flow well in terms of a story? This sounds better than the actual inferno mapping, because i hate having to read unnecessary tie ins like power pack etc

While not a PP fan I thought some of the issues in Inferno was pretty good. Gave me a ghoatbusters vibe.
Is the first Phoenix Omni worth picking up? Or should I stick to the epics?

I'd say so, me personally a lot of Claremonts stories didn't age well, a lot are goofy by today's standards, and his dark Phoenix saga is the one who aged the best, and totally worth it.
How is the reproduction of X-Factor 1? The repro in the Epic had a lot of dropped linework...which I know is consistent with the single issue, but I was hoping it wouldn't be so muddled in the reprint.
I passed on this like the first volume as there is a fair amount of double dipping. Don't mind some double dippinb, but not onbthis scale. I do hope people who wants this wil. Enjoy it.
Too much! Its always Phoenix, Phoenix, Phoenix. Where's my Dazzler omnis?! The MMW Vol 1 is essentially unobtainable aftermarket.
Does it collect all of Paul Smith’s run on Uncanny X-Men?
Is this worth getting? I've got the first Phoenix omni

If you enjoyed that one.
Cash Grabber Alert !!! :) Sorry but the double-dipping here is unjustified. Reading the Phoenix saga like this is extremely painful as it lacks of proper context besides it feels rushed with so many skipped issues. I understand those readers that never had access to the material might feel interested, yet I don't think the reading experience is going to be as great,
Me: I have no need for this. I want to support more X-men material but this is just pointless Also me: Yeah of course I’ll buy Uncanny 6 even though I have the crossover omnis why wouldn’t I? I’m honest about my inconsistencies lol
To get back at Marvel for making him rename 'The Mutants' to 'The X-Men' to appeal more to boys, Lee made his female characters totally OP. Rogue, Storm, and Phoenix and stunning examples. This is a highly tempting collection.

Not true, jean was very weak in the beginning and storm and rogue only joined way later
