I love phobos i wish they were a little stronger, even after two balance dataslates. Always nice seeing someone else utilize them. Good game

It's nice to see Phobos on the field, but i guess it's hard for people to play them well. If I could give some advice (I play Phobos myself), perhaps try and place your marksman in a place where he can double tap his bolter and then hide, making him hit very hard safely. If you feel like you have a hard time with optimizing APL, try using the Comms Infiltrator, he really gives a lot of versatility all round. Still, super happy to see the stealthy boys being played, give them looove

It's so cool to see the Phobos Strike Team in action! I am contemplating building one myself, I used a lot of leftover infiltrator bits I had laying around not using to build a tactical marine squad from the Compendium with primaris bodies. But after seeing these guys in action, I might just need to go pick up this team!

They are my favorite team by far and can be very rewarding to win with.

A match-up much appreciated to watch since my friend plays phobos and I'm on vet guards. I couldn't help but notice around the 15 min mark there was some shots taken onto the vet guard zealot, don't forget that he has some sneaky emperor protects rules which let's him reroll any or all(!!!) defence dice. Though against that many crits it would probably not have helped anyway :)

Another fun batrep. Really useful hearing game plans after each turn and how you weight decisions and change priorities throughout! Great job! 🎉

Novitiates are for sure one of the team that we are planning on playing in the near future!

I always want more phobos, favorite team period especially with newest errata But I'd love to see legionarries and deathguard too!

Im new to Warhammer. I have the Octarius set but your Kreig Sergeant is so different from mine. Looks kinda like a commissar imo. Is he pulled from the larger 40k game?

Yeah, it is. The cool thing about kill team is it's super proxy friendly, especially for any unit that is a role (such as gunner or sergeant) rather than a named character. So you don't strictly need to use the specific kill team boxes just so long as the model is represents is unambiguous and the base size is the same

How about playing some Intercessors vs. Phobos? Can't find that match anywhere else. 😕

How did you move on the vantage point with just a dash at 3:34? This is technically impossible since you have to use at least 2 circles to even get vertically on the same level and then use the remaining of the move to horizontally move your base upon high terrain. Did I miss something?

Tomas here! Yeah, with the majority of my guys either hiding or in conceal (to score for guerrilla tactics), there wasn't an opportunity to overwatch. His plasma gunner and SGT hiding in the back kept me from going out into the open.

Just my opinion, but I find the Recap sections to break the pacing of the episode. Maybe altogether after the game? Cool stuff anyways, thanks!

Our set is actually a giant walk-in closet. Jk jk. We separate our filming into 2 days. 1 for the game and the other for recap.
