no doubt at that point my comment was true but by Alpine night 3 i could not be more wrong. . .when i die i will turn into a tiny beam of light go bouncing around like a satellite such cool lyrics and the best song from GotForest by a mile - About to Run and Drift While Your Sleeping are my other 2 favorites but that whole album is great - and i shit on Kasvot all the time still dislike it but now i know why and i feel bad for all my negativity after hearing Trey explain the album origin by hearing a bunch of garbled rap on top of country western in 9 windows (cubes) he felt like he was tripping cause it was all so strange in Nashville one weird night and now knowing that i totally get the horrible melody and lack of harmony on that album -like David Bowie, the very beginning of Divided Sky or the jam to SOAM - it is supposed to be dissonant

Whenever I see these “oh trey teased this Dead song” or that Dead song, I always listen and say no way, people want it to be but they’re reaching 99% of the time and he’s just playing. But on this, I have to admit you’re right. Whether he meant to or not, that was absolutely the sequence between China>Rider that is so familiar and unmistakable. Nice job.
