Something that I have always found astounding about you Haiying is that, although you do not practice mindfulness or meditation, you embody all of the positive characteristics of Buddhism and the basis of living a life in the present. You represent kindness, living in the present moment, practicing mindfulness, honesty, being vulnerable (which is what courage is all about), and compassion for others.
